Had an existing appointment made over a week prior for our only day off, to purchase 4 brand new tires and have an alingment completed after some major front end work had been completed on our delivery cargo van, for noon. Upon arrival, guy came out and said the alignment rack was broken on Thursday during an engine install... ? I simply asked why no one bothered to call and either reschedule us for another location or at the very least inform us that they broke the needed equipment prior to us driving over from another city. No communicating the day they broke it, the 2 days after, or even this morning to tell us we're wasting our time to come there... Was planning on dropping a grand, $1000.00 Guy said he didn't like my attitude or questioning him and to leave the store when i told him i want going to continue with the tire purchase on vehicle needing alignment... I'm not rich, don't have money to throw away on tires or treadlife.. guy obviously isn't car smart at the vet least. I've been in customer service my whole life as a chef.. iknow the good ones and the horrible ones, this guy needs a non customer interacting position... bet your store would make more sales!!!! As for me they lost a customer and my delivery vehicle maintenance for life. As of Monday, it will even be written company policy not to contribute to this brand ever again...
