When my insurance company gave me a list of choices to have the repair work done, I’m so glad I chose Gerber. Totally professional, excellent communication at every step, and they finished ahead of the estimated date. My car looks brand new ! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. A totally great experience.

However when I went to get my car I was told by one of he employees that he drove my car, I’m not sure why my car needed a test drive after repairing a front bumper, but he saw it wasn’t a manual and kept telling me I should have gotten a manual (I have a manual car this was just my daily). I then got in my car and saw my dash cam was unplugged, which immediately made me feel off after being told they drove my car, and I saw that a Polaroid of my girlfriend and I was taken from my car and not replaced. Work was fine but I’m not pleased with how my property was treated.
