  This body shop is phenomenal. My son’s car had a good amount of damage and they had it for weeks. They provided updates multiple times a week and kept me informed of what they were doing and how long it was going to take. They completed the car in the timeframe promised. I really appreciated all the communication throughout the repair process.

  So far everything’s been wonderful! I dropped off my car that was hit and they took care of billing insurance and communicating with the car rental next-door. The team was compliant with my request, not to tow it to a different location. They got my vehicle in and out in less than a week. Everything looks good on it so far! They were also several hundred dollars cheaper than other collision repair shops in the area even though I wasn’t responsible for paying, I think that’s important to note. The customer service was really great too. I would use them in the future if needed!

  After a little fender bender, my insurance company suggested this repair shop. I was a bit hesitant since it was not close to my house. But I am glad they did! After a week and half of waiting, when I picked up my car I couldn't believe my eyes. My car looked brand new! They did a great job. And they were nice enough to call me every few days to keep me informed throughout the whole process. I was very impressed with their work and will definitely use them again.

  While it's always painful to have repairs done, Gerber Collision in Hudson helps ease the task. They are professional, friendly & their work is superb! They completed the body eork a day early I highly recommend them.
