  So.i first went to Valvoline in Englewood I was treated horrible by staff so I left and called to complain and was told I would receive a 50% off coupon before I got to the other Valvoline in Huber Heighta because I told them I was going to another store. I NEVER RECEIVED THE COUPON OFF. HOWEVER the people at the Huber Heights store were kind, helpful and very professional. So my 5 STARS is for HUBER HEIGHTS but Englewood Valvoline receives ZERO STARS.

  Fast, friendly, and professional service from start to finish. The team was efficient, explained everything clearly, and had me in and out quickly without cutting corners. You can tell they take pride in their work and customer experience. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a hassle-free visit and great service!
