When I brought this to their attention, they refused to take accountability or offer any resolution. I was left responsible for the repairs, lost time, and unnecessary stress. This experience showed a serious lack of professionalism, responsibility, and customer care. ⚠️ I strongly advise anyone to avoid this location and this company entirely. Do not risk your money, your vehicle, or your trust here. You would be better off watching YouTube videos and doing it your self.

Shop is clean staff is nice and polite. After my first time here earlier this year I don’t go anywhere else. I bring all my cars here and would recommend the same.

- CPChris PrestonDec 20, 20251.02016 Chevy Silverado with 5.3l cost $150 for a full syn oil change, they give me a sticker to come back in 3000 miles and can’t even tell me if they put full syn oil in my truck, they say 3000 miles is correct for full syn oil….. I feel as if this company put conventional oil in my motor with a sticker that says come back in 3000miles that has only ever seen full syn oil, They can’t even tell me if they put the right oil in. Putting conventional oil in a Chevy 5.3L that says dexos on the oil can and will harm the motor. So after all that and said they would check the cameras they have done nothing but cause me time, money and a headache. I immediately drained the oil and put the right oil in it. They did not torque the drain plug and just put it on as tight as they possibly could…. They go on and tighten in inch pounds not foot pounds! Worse customer service ever, even their office says 3000 miles is correct for full syn and should be changed in 3000 miles, This company does not know what they are doing or even talking about. I’ve tried to file 3 claims and still nothing done yet. I’ve been hung up on and cussed at. If you care about your car, dont want to pay double then go to normal auto garage and don’t take a chance with this place damaging your car or blowing your motor up
