The 2nd employee noticeably said something and shook his head no. I was then told I was all finished and guided out of the bay and sent on my way. Within a couple days my son noticed something under my car dragging that was missing a couple bolts. I’m not accusing anyone at Valvoline of causing this but clearly they noticed it and the employee told the other worker no, meaning not to tell me. That’s extremely disappointing and what damage this caused remains to be seen but you will not catch me back if that’s the best you offer your customers.
