The 1st mistake was not putting my husband oil pan on his car incorrectly snd we dragged it down the street and today I gave them a second chance. I brought my daughter car in for a oil change and the guy was rude and tired to rip us off til be Called him out on it. Take it mind the bill went from $94.58 to $62.34. And when I told him we use the store on Brant pike. It tired to play us like stupid women and told me to put my keys on the dash. I spoke to my husband he said he never put his keys on the dash. Then when I told him I had a newer camero and my husband has a v8 engine, why is my daughter paying the same amount and she has a Rav4 2008. Why is she paying the same. And then the priced changed. SO IF YOUR A WOMAN DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. THEY TREAT YOU LIKE YOUR STUPID AND TRY TO RIPE YOU OFF. IM NOT HERE SO YOU CAN UP CHARGE ME AND GET YOUR COMMISSION. THEY WERE SLOW AND TRIED IT ! But YOU live and you learn. I'm to old to be played with. I've been getting oil changes for a longing time. But I let them try it. You never know who your testing( I played stupid for a minute) but you learned today. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WILL TRY AND RIPE YOU OFF!!!!

- LLLSep 12, 20251.0These guys only had one job to do. I went for are and a guy(Adam) noticed that my skid plate underneath my car was hanging and offer to fix it . I asked it it could be removed if not fixable . They zip tied it back up and completely destroyed my wheel well liner! They also broke a piece off from my car near the wheel well!
