  Was signed up for a 120 days same as cash plan with auto payment deductions and I notice that my card was still being charged. When I brought the issue up I was told they needed to look at my account and the accountant was going to call me back. She never called back. I spoke to a staff never there and they told me I went into the 18 month contract. How could that happen when my payments were calculated to be off in 120 days. Someone is lying. Now they are trying to find every reason to not get me back my $300 to $400 dollars back.

  I came in to get your 49.99 special and it was more because my car required more courts of oil so I was okay with that but it also said I was going to get a free tire rotation and when the car was done I asked if they rotated the tires and he said the tires were too new he wasn't going to tell me he just didn't rotate the tires which was weird then when I went to pay I had it was $71 and some change was the charge and I had $100 bill and he said I can't give you a change on that I said all you're giving me is like 20 something dollars back and he said he didn't have it in his drawer and I needed to go walk to Taco Bell and get changed. I had pulled my ACL in my knee so walking was extremely difficult so I had to walk to Taco Bell and ask them for change and of course you had to buy something to get change which I don't think was my responsibility if I that's poor customer service why wouldn't he get the change why am I getting the change I just didn't like this customer service at all. Will not be going there again.

  Bob Stephns is very friendly and kind. Firestone in Fairborn on Broad street is a good place to take your car. Bob is also very good at multitasking and getting the job done effectively for each person.

  Employees in the shop are great. Phone customer service lies about their pricing. They quote you at $95 or so to get an oil change and then it ends up being $130 when you go in. Fix your call center!

  The office was dirty and covered in salt, reeked of oil & grease (is it going on the floors instead of in the cars?) with a TV that had volume going in and out and a screen that had too much glare to be seen, it was a form of torture. I get it, it's a car shop, but the waiting area at Tire Choice on Troy Pike that you stupidly closed was always clean and pleasant enough to wait in. The price has doubled, it's now like $120 for an oil change??? I'm not paying that much for such a lousy environment. I was with the Troy Pike location for 12 years, even bought tires shortly before you shut them down without warning, but you also don't have a central record keeping system so all of the history on my cars was lost - terrible companywith poor business practices. And now you've lost me. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the guy at the desk was doing his best with the mess he had to work with. In addition, it's impossible to speak directly to the shop, really hate your foreign answering (non) service. It has really gone downhill and I won't be back. I'm DONE!
