  The Service Department never picks up the phone .. you definitely have to call all day even sometimes all week for them to get someone to take ya call... I recommend use the app.. I'll try that today to see how that goes. for the most part they do a good services once you get a hold of them...

  I would have given them a lower score if I could. Worst service department, and management that I have ever seen in a company of this size. Once they get your money you are on your own good luck with that. When they find out you are interested in a camper they will call you multiple times a day to help encourage the sale. However, if you need their help with an issue good luck getting anyone to return your call. I have had 2 return calls out of over 10 message left over the past year and a 1/2. Bought a brand new camper from there and had major interior condensation issues the first time I took it out. Ruined the insides of all cabinets and countertops. They would do nothing I had to fix myself. Next time I took it out same issues from ceiling and walls. Air not draining properly and ceiling filling up with water and water running out walls still no help! Basically I have a $17k hunk of mold that has been used 2 times and they will do nothing. If they were selling RVs 2 for a dollar I would not buy one from here. Consider yourselves warned.

  DON'T DEAL WITH HUBER HEIGHTS STORE! We took our KZ toy hauler RV there on July 31,2025 after severe hail damage while in Colorado. We were told 3 WEEKS to fix it. It sat there 4 weeks before the parts were ordered. I have proof for all I'm saying! All parts were delivered by early September. 1 part had to be special ordered. Once they ordered items KZ had the parts to Camping World within days. Last order received to Camping World December 2,2025. I spoke with Brook (in service dept) December 29,2025. I'm told she is on the phone with KZ the have to special order 1 piece ( it has already been delivered on December 2 I learned 2 days ago). Brook said she asked KZ if they could ship all but that piece so they could get started on my KZ toy hauler. Brook said she was told by KZ that their product control person was out and was told to call back on Monday after the holidays, ONE WEEK LATER. I have tracking numbers and copies of when parts were ordered and received by Camping World that the KZ dealer mailed to me. I have called Camping World MULTIPLE times. Calls are almost never answered "leave a message". Then they are almost NEVER returned. 1 time I received a callback. I've called top management "Marcus" and told at least 3 times they were going to "escalate this". 6 MONTHS LATER, THEY STILL HAVE MY KZ TOYHAULER. It is indoors and torn apart but still isn't close to being ready! January 21st I spoke with "Jeff" in service. He told me the metal was being put on but the technician has other big jobs he is also working on. I told him my camper had been there 6 MONTHS! They need to make mine top priority! We have had to cancel multiple trip reservations while continuing to pay insurance and payments. It's sitting there getting older and the 2 year warranty it came with, as we bought it new, has depreciated by 6 months. Also a 200.00 camp America pass we had has ow expired for FREE camping. I will NEVER step foot in this place again if I EVER get my KZ back! I have talked with all I can about this beyond poor service and still NOTHING! FIX MY KZ AND GET IT BACK TO ME! Another note: this is who my insurance company referred me to. They have been notified of the poor service as well. I'm expecting for the repairs to be unsatisfactory if I ever get it back. I will NOT take it back to them to let them keep it another 6 months or more! NEVER AGAIN!

  Wish you could no star establishments. These jokers have had my rig since may of 2025 and they’re still waiting on “parts”. Crazy part about this whole thing is the salesman who sold us this camper said it’s metal siding makes for easier faster repairs… yeah ok. If you need your camper of rv fixed in a professional timely manner DO NOT. I repeat DO NOT take it here. I’m ready to sell the damn thing to them since they’ve had it so damn long! I’ll gladly take my business to lazy days rvs. Sincerely one pissed off customer who will never be back.

  Sincerely regret that there is not a rating available less then one star. My husband and I went up there today to look at a used Outback with the intent to buy if we liked it. Camper could have been fine, but the way they do business is a joke. This camper was a trade in and sat there for more than a month. We have corresponded with the salesman a few times before today. When we get there, we are advised that they knew the camper was damaged when they took it in on trade, but they would be happy to pass along the cost of those repairs to us and fix it. Apparently there is one creature on earth that lies more than a used car salesman---yep---the used camper salesman. This salesman forgot he already told us they knew it was damaged and later stated that he just found out it was damaged while we were enroute to the dealership. Thanks Ken! We will not be back.
