- DBDenise BeallApr 19, 20261.0Bought a new Keystone Cougar here in March 2025, had to bring in for repair on leaky shower base by June, only used the shower twice. Furnace failed in October, brought in for repair in early December, didn’t hear anything from them until January 9th, 2026, just to tell us they were ordering a part. Never heard back from them. We called multiple times and left messages, calls were never returned. Finally reached them in April 16, 2026 and they said we could pick it up April 18th. When we picked it up, no one did a walk through with us. When we got home, we went inside the camper and found it in complete disrepair- photos attached. Horrible service!!

- GRGreg RayMar 24, 20261.0Never use these scammers for any repair!! My story is much too long of a read but here are the basics. They were suppose to replace the roof and interior damage due to a leak and were paid over 10k from my insurance company and over 4k from me. Adam Bond will pretend to be on your side and suck you into agreeing to repairs in addition to those the insurance company paid for to prevent future problems. The service manager, Rob, is very disrespectful and rude. I even sought the help of the general manager ,Conner, and he did get some of the items addressed but not all. They had our travel trailer for over 16 months and did not do the repairs in the manor they agreed to with myself or the insurance company. NEVER take your equipment there for repairs!!!
