- AAAwesomesherri89Dec 28, 20255.0Hi my name is Sherri, and I stopped at the AutoZone in Hillsboro, OH, 45133, and was greeted by a sweet and helpful young man named Alex Dunn. I then explained, that I was in town from Alabama, for the Christmas holiday. That my battery light had come on. He then proceeded to test my battery, charging, and starting system, he then told me I just needed a battery and that he would install it for me. While we were out there he noticed that my windshield wipers were old and needed replaced. Alex, then looked up the battery and wipers for me, and suggested a battery terminal protector kit and a Rain-X wipe to help extend the life of the items I was purchasing. Alex, then installed my battery and wipers within 10 minutes, retested my systems to make sure my battery light had gone off and no other issues existed. I am so very thankful for this young man, that stepped in while another employee just stared at me for a good 30 seconds with his hands in his pockets.All before my 7 and a half hour drive. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH ALEX you have made this customer EXTREMELY happy!!

My check engine light had come on and I was very concerned about driving the car and causing damage. Thank you Autozone for providing this service. I gladly would have paid but was told it was a free service....what a great company!
