- JAJessie AtkinsApr 7, 20265.0I dropped my car off this morning it because I had a egift card. When it came down to pay, they couldn’t figure out why it wouldn’t work. I paid out of pocket (wasn’t in my plans originally) after some investigating, the card I had attached to my phone wallet vs. the one that was pulled up in the internet browser had 2 different numbers. I called into the store and had the pleasure of talking to Steve. (Sorry for catching an attitude on the phone Steve) after talking with him he stated he could try getting in touch with corporate and see if they could help. I drove back the Mill Run location. Steve checked the balance on giftcard and it had the correct amount. Steve was on the phone with a lovely lady name Joy who helped him figure out the problem. Steve was working up at the front by himself when I came in and unfortunately I did hold up the line. Steve did his best to answer the phones that were ringing left and right and deal with my problem. Steve deserves a raise, and maybe some help up at the front for when random problems (like myself) arrive. Thanks Steve for going through the hoops to help figure this out for me!

- MFMatt FergusonFeb 13, 20261.0Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is ok. The product is terrible. I spent $1000 on 4 new tires for my work van. The day I got it back and drive it home (45 miles from the shop) I had a flat tire from them re using old valve stems. They tried to get me to tow it in. After refusing they eventually paid for a tow. Two months go buy and I get another flat. When I first checked it on the side of the road there was no holes in the tire. I filled it back up with air and limped it home. It was flat by the time I got home and that caused damage to the sidewall. After taking it back to them they took no accountability and I had to spend another $290. I asked them to rotate the tires while I was in there a service they offer for free. I have one tire that does not have a hub cap on it when I got the van back the tire without a hub cap was in the same location And the tire that went flat was also in the same location when I asked them about this they swore that they did the tire rotation
