    There was a crazy long line but they still made sure to explain everything, ask before they reached into the car to help me, and were super polite. Jeff was the person that helped me, and he was awesome and polite.

    Had my oil changed.the service was terrible.didn’t check air pressure in my tires,never checked to see if my break lights or my turn signals .also my they broke one of my screws underneath panel where my oil filter is never mentioned in.went to a Ford dealer in Tennessee,where they excellent care.sad part of my experience been going to a Valvoline dealer for over 20 years.

    Didnt take a super long time from start to finish. Staff seems knowledgeable, and didnt try to over sell me anything I wasnt going to need. Did a great job showing and explaining why some filters needed to be replaced, along with how often. It was a one stop shop.
