As someone who has worked in customer service positions in the past, it brightens my day extra when someone goes above and beyond and that’s exactly what Lamarcus and the rest of the team did. I learned things about my car that I haven’t known in the past 5 years of having it due to the wealth of knowledge that Lamarcus kindly shared with me. I have car maintenance due on another vehicle and this experience sealed the deal on wanting to bring it into this Valvoline location. I will be recommending this Hilliard Rome location to all of my local friends and family and I hope to see Lamarcus at a future visit to have another wonderful experience! Thank you for everything!!! This was really frustrating, because they could have easily asked customers waiting in line if we needed a tire rotation and let us know up front. Instead, my time was completely wasted. Better communication would go a long way toward improving the customer experience.
