    I had gotten an $80 oil change, in November, and one of their technicians broke a piece off of the bottom of my car. Then another tech said it's alright, he took his off, I don't need it. I said it alcame with the car, didn't it? Made a complaint, got a phone call that they were going to replace the part and put it back on. Fast forward to January 01, 2026 and I have yet to hear from the store, again. You'd think for them breaking something on a car I'm still paying off, they would compensate you. But, here I am, still with a missing part to the bottom of my car.

    Horrible communication! They didn’t have any filter and had to go across the street to buy one. 15 minute oil change became 50 minutes and I missed my next appointment. I am still sitting here as I write is review and they seem to be lost !

    Es el pero lugar que visitado de Valvoline no le hechan la medida de aceite que deber de ser me dejaron el carro lleno de aceite por todos lados no me gustó el servios en este lugar aparte fueron pésimos con el servicio que me dieron jamás vuelvo aquí no lo se celebrar remiendo fuera la peor experiencia 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
