  This location always treats me good. Never pushy but they do recommend what is needed and educated as to why. They air your tires to preferred psi and shows you oil level after fill.

  I gotta say, this is one of the fastest and most professionally ran facilities that I've been to over the last 20 years! Very nice staff. This will be my new place to go for oil changes. One of our vehicles has a tough oil filter to get to and these guys got it out and replaced in just a few minutes. It was also nice to hear that they offer a veterans discount. So, speedwise, I'd say it took under 10 minutes from pulling up to getting in and out. Thats faster than another oil change station that we tried going to today. Let me compare. The other guys (a different national company) took 20 minutes to open the bay even though only one bay had a car in it. They were understaffed and undertrained. I watched radiator fluid shoot out of the pump and blast the female tech in the face twice in the bay beside us. She walked off, hopefully to an eyewash station. At that point, I had to wait for a tech to come by and just let us out because there was no way I wanted them to continue to experiment on us. A few hours later, I had some time so I came to this location. Pulled right in, all bays were fully staffed and moving like clockwork.

  Young man was trying yo overcharge me 142 for oil change. I said that not correct and showed him what it should cost. He gave me 30$ “ discount” When I complained about his attitude and behavior - was told I could not complain about him as he is one spectrum. I said I worked at goodwill as special needs nurse and that’s bs!!! Will not be back snd I usually come here. He wore a mask and I could not understand him. The upselling is ridiculous. Edit: received call that a piece was left off my oil filter. Had to go back a second time to get put back on. This is not a safe place to get an oil change

  I came in and got a full synthetic oil change. I paid $103.33 for it. I used a coupon to get a discount. I was supposed to get an 18-point maintenance check. They did not check my headlights. They did not check or try to reset my oil change light. They did not check my tail lights. They did not check my tire pressure. the person who could care less about speaking to me was less than hospitable. Handing me a receipt with the sticker on it. Not saying a word. He walked away and I had to ask the person he seemed to be coaching of they were going to or were supposed to check my lights and signals and he seemed unaware on what to do. This Valvoline was underwhelming and I WONT be returning to this one. I'll go to another one further away that will maybe at least care about doing their job correctly. Or just use a different company.
