- MMMichelleJul 13, 20251.0We had probably one of the scariest experiences as an EV owner at this charger (Tyner) when the charging plug got stuck inside the vehicle and wouldn't disconnect. It appeared that the right side was broken and the button to disconnect no longer worked but the app and the machine would not communicate for some reason to show that it was broken until we had already connected and tried to start charging in the app. We called support and they were pretty incompetent, trying to shut off the machine yet not once did the machine appear to connect with their servers and actually shut off. We ultimately yanked it out after being put on hold for 15 minutes while they went looking for the manual. I've charged here successfully before but the ineptitude of support was just beyond ridiculous when your vehicle is literally stuck to their charger because of their poorly maintained machine.
- JRJames RemleyJul 5, 20245.0It's always hard to rate chargers because it's kinda different from everything else. I'm giving this charger 5 stars based on charge speed and rate alone. My car has max 150kW charge speed and it did 143kW which is great. It took a total of 30 minutes ish to go from 26-80% which is fast for my C40 recharge. The not so great part of this charger was the complicated mobile app setup (I just got an EV so this is kinda on me anyways) and the fact that the screen was nearly impossible to make out 100% because someone clearly scratched the surface with something. Overall recommend the charger as it was fast and worked.
