  Had one of the worst customer experiences ever with this location and one of its agents/managers (I’m still not sure which). I called to schedule a pickup for a reservation that I had made nearly a month in advance. The individual who I spoke to on the phone first tried to tell me I was outside the range for pickup (I am less than 10min from their location and they have picked me up in every single previous rental from this location going back to 2020). Then the individual tried to tell me that I had not booked it for pickup, which the website had not offered me the option, which is why I called to confirm and schedule, as I had in the past as well, and finally he told me they just were flat out not going to pick me up despite it being part of their policy, and the reason why I rent from them over all the other rental companies. Overall the agent was rude, combative, insulting (he accused me of calling him a liar even though he did try to tell me I was outside of their pickup range). He ended up taking the exchange very personally and cancelled my reservation the day before I am supposed to leave on a road trip for thanksgiving. The cancellation felt very personally motivated and unprofessional. When I asked if there was a manager or a supervisor to speak to, the individual told me he was the manager but refused to give me his name. I am seriously disappointed with this location, as I have been renting for years with them specifically, but one bad agent interaction has cost them my business (3-4 rentals a year). The broad st location was much nicer to deal with and went out of their way to help me out after the sub par interaction. I highly recommend everyone avoid this location. I’ve lodged this complaint with their corporate office as well. Having my holiday travel plans uprooted less than 24 hours before I am supposed to leave traveling with small children was too much stress. Don’t put yourself though the aggravation, rent from any other enterprise location but here, or if you can rent from Any other company. Hertz was able to find me the same car cheaper by a stroke of luck, so I highly recommend the Hertz location on Sawmill rd if not renting with enterprise.

  Their staff dropped off the car at Crash Champions. Vehicle was very nice and gas efficient. Great staff!

  Every time I need a rental I come to this location just because they don’t treat me like a customer, they treat me like I’m family.. they make sure if I have and concerns or questions they fix it or answer it in a timely manner.
