From stock issues to literally 2 times in a row completely wrong parts for different cars labelled with the wrong part numbers. Happened with an air filter as well as with a belt tensioner. It was supposed to be a 1 hour job now i cant make it in to work for another day or so until i get my refund and I hope i’ll get my $30 speedperks reward back as well because that part is expensive. NEVER COME TO HILLIARD ROME STORE, just go to the one on cemetery rd, i have never had an issue with them.

While waiting on family to arrive to give me a jump, I called around looking for a battery. Dustin answered the call like a professional hero! He was kind and patient and when I showed up, he remembered me calling in and took the time to help me! This man braved the cold cold weather and helped to diagnose, check on the battery and get the battery in (and by help, I mean he did all of it while I stood in solidarity in the cold). Thank you so much Dustin! You made a challenging day a whole lot easier. You wouldn't happen to know how to fix a dryer, would you? :)
