- STSkip TwitchellNov 8, 20255.0CDL-A review: I have stopped here twice now, both times after 11:00pm. Each time their are many empty parking spaces for semis (~ 50 free and a dozen reserved). Restrooms were cleaned well and showers were spotless. I thanked the guy cleaning them, told him I appreciated his efforts. I ordered a whole pizza and the cook was willing to top it the way I wanted, which most Pilots/Flying Js won't do any more. Oh, and the free wi-fi reached to the free parking. 🙂

- AIAB ISep 28, 20251.0I stopped at this Pilot Travel Center recently, and the conditions were unacceptable. Restrooms Were Filthy: Toilets were unflushed with urine sitting in the bowl, used toilet paper was all over the floor, and the smell was terrible. This is not what travelers expect from a major truck stop. Unsanitary Environment: Floors were wet and dirty, and trash was left in the stalls. It looked like no one had cleaned in hours. Unsafe Equipment: The windshield squeegees provided for truckers were completely worn out and rusted — not only useless but also a health hazard. Drivers rely on these for visibility and safety on the road, and these are unacceptable. This location is failing its customers. Pilot needs to step up its cleaning schedule, replace broken and rusted equipment, and ensure that restrooms and driver facilities meet basic hygiene standards. Truck drivers and travelers deserve much better
