    Josh was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He did more than arrive to tow us. He figured out what the issue was within minutes, and the fix, saving us hundreds. Super grateful! It’s so nice to have friendly, professional service.

    Even with all of their resources tied up at another accident, Jae’s Towing still managed to come through for me. They showed up quickly, handled the job professionally, and proved how dedicated they are to their customers. Their ability to respond promptly even when they were stretched thin really says a lot about their service. Highly recommend Jae’s Towing!

    Driver arrived right at scheduled time. My car needed to be towed. He explained the best positioning to get the car on the truck bed. He handled everything professionally and quickly. An accident had the road closed on the way to the repair shop. He called me to let me know, that it would take a little longer than anticipated. I really appreciate the follow up. I would definitely use Jae's again. Hopefully there will be no need.
