  These guys were AWESOME! Eta was 30min or so but arrived in about 5! They also provided me with their live location to see when they would get to me. They changed my tire in about 5 min. They are also very reasonable with their pricing. I will definitely be calling these guys if I ever need a tow or tire change again! Thank you guys so much!

  Everyone I was in contact with were so compassionate and sweet about my situation. The tow driver was hands down THE best! Professional and cared about recovering my car. He listened and even gave me good advice lol. Thank you Jae's towing if I am ever in that area again and need a tow I now know who to call.

  I wasn't told by AAA that I would have to pay for the service of getting my keys out of my car when I locked them in it and had to pay $81 for him to do it because he had already got them out which only took less than 5 minutes and if she would have told me when I called AAA to begin with I would have had someone else come and help me but she just told me I was active

  A for effort. Very unusual situation with an EV stuck in park. Requested a tow to the dealership via AAA. This is a 5,500 AWD car stuck in park that had to be dragged onto the flatbed. Would have been a lot simpler if the requested equipment had been brought (wheel loader and dolly) but he persisted and got it done after about 90 minutes.

  If I'm being 100% Honest, I have dealt with Jae"s Towing several times over the years and have never been a fan; UNTIL TODAY!! I don't know what I did right but I feel like I hit the Tow Truck Driver Lottery...!! That's not something you hear everyday!! My driver was next best thing to doing it myself. He was courtesy, informative, showed up early and handled EVERYTHING because I couldn't be there at that time! He called and told me when he was joking up and even asked if I had any special requests because he knew I wouldn't be there. Then he Took a picture of it delivered safely and sent it to me..!!! TOP NOTCH SERVICE
