I have been coming here for years and now drive 50 minutes to get the level of care I’ve come to know from them. Eric once called the dealership for me to explain to them that what was needed done is covered by my warranty, after the dealership said it wasn’t!! I couldn’t get that from anywhere else. He took time to save me me money even when it cost his business money.

I’m from out of state and needed them to do a PPI on a Porsche. Everything was spot on. THESE GUYS KNOW PORSCHE. Once I got the car to my state my mechanic verified everything. It's hard to find a mechanic you can trust - especially with more expensive to maintain German cars. I'm much happier driving my Audi's knowing that Howland is available. Their experience with German cars is invaluable in assessing the problem and getting jobs done right the first time.
