I have been coming here for years and now drive 50 minutes to get the level of care I’ve come to know from them. Eric once called the dealership for me to explain to them that what was needed done is covered by my warranty, after the dealership said it wasn’t!! I couldn’t get that from anywhere else. He took time to save me me money even when it cost his business money.
- ARA RSep 3, 20251.0Kept my car for 3 weeks and me from my dying girlfriend.. They lie about charges like saying hey will just charge you for the part and not the labor. I paid 250 for diagnostic which I gave them the problems was to change wheel hub and def line because code read that and I informed them. Instead they replaced every part in my def tank charged me over 3g all together and no itemized bill of sale. Get the car they cut off my heat shield by my muffler they left hanging and go to leave and check engine light comes on. Takes another week for them to change the def line and it's only 350 will charge for part no labour, and part is 118 dollars. The original part I told them to change. Told them to keep the old line from the car it had physical hole in it and damages. They said yea it looks damaged like was dragging on the ground! Great worth of 250 dollars of diagnostic skill they have in which I and the computer said was the problem and then cost me 1500 dollars for parts that I didn't need and thats considering the wheel hub was 1500. Asked for refund several times my girlfriend is dead and I'm out of money that I didn't need to spend. They don't know what they're doing and they definitely overcharged me my new mechanic can do more work then they did in one day and im talking replacing a lot of harder stuff for nothing. Probably be 7g at howland and 5 weeks. No Joke! Dishonest Shop!
