  The older man working last night was so incredibly rude to my fiancé and I. He kept saying “I don’t care” when my fiancé answered questions the man asked him… After looking up some car parts for my car on the computer, he goes “how much will you actually get to drive it anyway?” Excuse me?! We get outside to work on my car, and realize we forgot to purchase a battery after being in complete utter shock from the disrespect. My finance went up to the door at 8:58pm, it was locked and the man said “we’re closed” once a customer walked out. I can’t believe he just left us to possibly be stranded in freezing temperatures. The store does not close until 9pm. TERRIBLE customer service. This man hates his job and it’s showing. I do not recommend this place to anyone after our experience.

  They checked my check engine light error codes. No charge. Great service. I use them for all of my car parts needs.

  Lina was awesome. Very informative, great attitude, and great help in changing new battery. I recommend her for a pay Increase, five more paid personal days, and two additional weeks of paid vacation.
