- NWNot sure Whattoname1 day ago1.0Wouldn’t recommend if you’re trying to get an alignment, they have an excuse for everything. When we were there the first time for tires the reason was due to loose wheel bearings which we got fixed. Went this time, which my dad is a mechanic of 30 years! Did the wheel bearings and the boot dry rotted off and it’s a non grease-able joint, because of this small reason they tried saying there was play in my ball joint so they couldn’t do the alignment and tried lying to us when we got there that he mentioned it the last time (which he didn’t!) Went home and tested the ball joint ourselves, absolutely NO play! Don’t recommend.

Suddenly my driver’s side windshield wiper goes crooked then flies off at 65 mph. Fortunately I was two exits away from the Harrison Tire Discounter store. These angels greeted me promptly and fixed my wiper in 2 minutes, putting me right back on the road. I’ve been a TD customer for years and, regardless of location, have always had great service but this was next level. THANK YOU!!
