I got my refund (for coming back a day early) the same day. The Jeep was cleaned in and out. I will say that parking lot is a mess, too many cars

- JSJoe SchenkNov 19, 20251.0I recently rented a car from this location and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. • When I arrived, the parking lot was overcrowded, with cars double-parked and even parked on the grass. • I asked if a lot technician could drop me at my residence less than 1.5 miles away (a round trip of 10 minutes or less) but was told this would take too much time—even though Enterprise advertises a pick-up and delivery service. • When I received my rental, the gas tank was only half full. I was offered the option to wait while a technician filled it, which seemed inconsistent given the earlier refusal to provide a ride. • The car itself was not very clean, with droppings on the exterior. • Upon returning the rental (with more fuel than I received on 10/30), I discovered new damage to my own car. I reported this to Josh, who said he’d escalate to his area manager. Despite following up twice since 11/4, I have not received any response or resolution. The lack of accountability and communication has been frustrating. I’m simply asking Enterprise to make this right.
