My daughter and I were strolling through aisles to buy some time while the online order was still in the “picking” phase. I was in the store for about 10 minutes before I asked for his help. Bradley was transparent and let me know he wasn’t too familiar with the process on the compute to fulfill my online order, but he exhausted all resources and filled a need by helping me locate all the items I paid for, went to the back for a crankshaft sensor I paid for, and sent me on my way. Without skipping a beat, helped two more customers out before I left the store. There was a fair amount of battery work and sales going on so I was understanding of the wait, but Bradley stepped in big time and allowed me to complete that Crankshaft sensor job on a Nissan Xterra before the snow hits tonight. Bradley is AWESOME. went above his job title to provide a great experience. Thank you Bradley, he needs a raise! Keep that man around.

We tried to pay her but she refused, and when we went to the store Kevin helped us with our troubles. Kevin and Tammy are the kind of employees to keep around, we greatly appreciated all they and Autozone did for us!

He came out and helped me put the thing on my car and got on his hands and knees to help me. He helped me until we figured it out because it wasn’t working after we did the first thing and then he recommended fuses and it worked! I just wanna thank him for being a great employee.
