- JWJason WibelAug 30, 20251.0So….this would have been a 5 star review if it was solely based on the technician Victor, (I believe that was name), but it’s not. It’s Zack, the on duty manager, was apparently an absolute no show for one customer who was there a few hours before me. Mind you, the customer in waiting was extremely reserved. Issues he was having, Zack was to correct, but once again, he was gone for an extended period of time and when he came back, he said how he had to clean his apartment (?) during working hours. The reserved customer finally, his car was repaired and begged Zack for some sort of credit, which Zack credited. Second, a young woman came in and complained about the duration they have had her vehicle, days not hours, and was extremely upset about the whole ordeal and swore she would never return. Zack shrugged his shoulders and took her payment. Third, a young man was in there asking about his car and the days they had been working on it. The response given, we need to get our mechanic on it. Where was your mechanic when the car was checked in. And last… me. I had an appt at 2:30. The girl at the counter was very nice to check me in at about 1:50. At 2:40, they began to work on my truck. I brought my own tires. All that was needed was off with the old and on with the new. Plus, an alignment. Nearly an hour and a half later…they were finishing putting my fourth tire on. An hour and a half….i had mentioned to them I needed to leave by a specific time due to dinner reservations. Finally at a little after 4, Zack rang me out (nice enough to give me a discount for the wait) and gave me the keys. I went out to get in my truck to hurry home and Victor profusely apologized about not getting the alignment done. Now…Zack just checked me out and not one word about this. So….i now need to get an alignment done and I’ll be damned if I ever go back to that store with Zack at the helm. Zack is a prime example of how NOT to manage people. Zack needs relieved of duties and a new person in place. One capable of managing people and a service station. DO NOT GO TO THIS TIRE DISCOUNTERS. You will regret it. Thank you for absolutely nothing ZACK. Even his own crew didn’t know where he was.
