They will take advantage of people and overcharge for everything they do. They will charge you so much for "labor" and tell you they can charge so much because of how quick they are. The fact is it's nothing but cheap parts and whatever excuses they make up. They even broke some parts that were in good shape and charged me for the new parts they used to replace them. This place is absolutely unprofessional for how they operate and how they think they can take advantage of people. The only reason I took my vehicle here is because I was in a pinch and thought they would be more affordable than the actual dealerships. I will never take a vehicle back here, or recommend this place to anyone. If I could leave no stars I would. Everyone should steer clear of this place. (pun intended)

After, what had to have been a very busy day he was still very patient and friendly! I went to Tire Discounts the next day, and as busy as they were Dustin got me in and out of there is an hour, when I was expecting to be there a lot longer. These managers deserve a lot of credit for all they do, with keeping customers happy and still making sure the shop is running efficiently. Thank you Dustin!
