The new manager wasn’t happy that I had purchased my tires through simple tire.com and had them shipped there. I’ve done this multiple times with the previous manager and also at the other store in Fairfield. I’ve always been happy until now. I believe for whatever reason my tires was not properly installed and after 4 flat tires on the passenger side front in two days time that I couldn’t find any puncture holes, I took it to tire discounters in Hamilton. I was shown that one tire in the rear was installed backwards they are directional tires and that the front passenger side tires valve stem had been loosened to leak out air. All they had to do was tighten it up and no more leaks. They also corrected the miss installed tire at no cost. I’ll never go back to the Hamilton Mr.Tire again under this management.

Jon stayed long after closing time to make sure my car was given back to me in a safe condition to drive, showed and explained to me what was wrong and how he would fix it, and stayed until the job was done, even though I had already left. He even came in to the shop a little before their listed opening time the next day so that I wouldn't be late to work, which was done out of the kindness of his heart, not from any requests of mine! I would give them 6 stars if I could
