- DBdakota boepplerOct 16, 20251.0If I could give this place zero stars I would. I rented a car for 8 days. I was put in a Jeep wagoneer, that had Roaches in it! The roaches burrowed themselves in the base of toddler 360 rotating car seat & I have no way of gettting them out. I had to throw all my belongings away that were in this car for the week. This branch manager Seth & the regional manager, Chris didn’t want to do anything for me but fumigate the car seat & expect me to put my child back in it. So I am out a $500 car seat, jeep wagon stroller, jogging stroller, Kate spade work tote, diaper bag, & with the potential of these being introduced into my home. All I asked Chris for was to replace my car seat & he will not. Stated the exterminator only found a couple roaches after fumigating the car, that it was not an infestation. I provided Chris with pictures & videos of the roaches & that stood for nothing. This service is foul for the ill product they provided & even worse for their customer service. I have taken legal action over this & plan to make everyone aware of this!

The guy called me back the day before i needed the rental to talk me "he don't think he will have a 7 seater and he will let me know later in the day. Well of course he didn't inform me, so i called customer service, the agent told me i could pick up a 7 seater guaranteed at the fairfield enterprise. Needless to say the day of, i go to fairfield enterprise and they don't have a 7 seater but they did have a van and the trunk door didn't work. I had NO CHOICE but to accept seeing how i was planning on getting on the high way in a couple hours. After returning the vehicle, someone reached out to resolve the issue, which was in May and im still waiting to hear back from them about the Maury. Never again will i go here. I would Def go to Budget or Hertz first
