I went to return a Duralast brand tool that has a lifetime warranty! at the counter asked me a couple of questions, like when I bought it, where the receipt was, and clearly the Duralast warranty says you don't need a receipt to get a new tool. I explained what was happening with my tool, and even then, he went to his supervisor and the same guy told him, "You can't get a new one." So I left! Here's the Duralast return policy.
