I called and had my number removed last week apparently. I got a call again this week and was addressed by a different name? I called back and did what you said again. I then received a a text on my phone if I wish to receive text messages from you? Why do you have dozens of phone operators in the background when I call? Your an auto dealer? Why does everyone including yourself seem clueless when I tell them about the situation? Why is the first thing they ask is my name for removing the number and not the number? I have gotten this call from you by many different employees and not just a couple of employees? If I get another call you will receive another 1 star review. If I no longer hear from you I may consider removing this post. There is no way you got my name and number as a reference? Anyone who knows me I will never give up my car.

They are a joke, I was trying to finance me and my wife our first car and they came back and said we didn’t make a enough to afford it which didn’t make sense bc we don’t have a a house payment or anything. But we got approved at another place with a better experience!! My sister went here and not even 6 months later her car broke down so definitely not a good place!

FAST FORWARD TO NOW AND I HAVE THE SAME TRANSMISSION ISSUES. THEY DID A HALF JOB FIXING IT AND WANT TO CHARGE ME ANOTHER $100 FOR A DIANOSTIC. I'LL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN.
