Had vehicle brought in to have repair completed on rear brakes, heard grinding. Needed 1 rotor replaced, set of back brake pads installed and for service man to ensure back passenger caliper wasn’t sticking. 2 days later received phone call from clown #2 on estimate to fix listed request. Wanted $1100. At first I thought is was a joke bc I worked for and know the owner of shop, but know this was they’re quote. After busting out laughing I took back vehicle to repair shop 1 mile away, work was completed for $248. Don’t let predator shops try to take advantage of hardworking people.

I came home at 6pm and no one showed up, called and no one answered, went with Wayne’s instead and they were there in less than 10 minutes for the same price.

I have been towed from this property which was there mistake and woke up with another sticker on my car yesterday. Again my vehicles are on PRIVATELY OWNED property that these guys constantly invite there selfs onto.

Unfortunately we didnt notice until the next day. I understand things happen but owning up to the damages you cause makes for returning customers. Its not a car thats perfect to start with but just offering to fix the dent would have been enough for us.
