  I had my fuel injection done and they let me know my intake hose was ripped. They said if I went and bought one and bring it back they will put it in. I did just that and they changed it out for me. Great service!! I go here for all oil changes and other needs. Very Thankful to the Groveport location.

  I love coming to this Valvoline!! Terrance makes the visit worth it every time! He’s so genuine, nice and funny. I’ve been here four times and he always remembers me and the whole staff is embedded into the culture he creates as well!

  The service was great, very friendly staff. I only have 1 thing to complain about and that is that I had asked for my windshield washer fluid to be topped off and after checking it was not so maybe they just forgot about it. But other than that good service and very timely!

  I’ve been coming to valvoline for several years but recently decided to start doing my own oil changes. They use a pump to vacuum oil out and my oil always comes back dirty. Paying $80 for an oil change I expect more. After changing my own oil my engine is running 100% better and the oil is cleaner. There was one time they spilled oil all over my engine bay causing my car to smoke. When I mentioned this to management there was nothing they could do. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but I think it’s warranted in this case. I thank valvoline for influencing me to save $40 by changing my oil myself

  I absolutely love going to valvoline. The customer service is always great and the prices are reasonable.
