  Busy place,went in for a wheel alignment.everyone was friendly,got me in and out pretty fast,would definitely will go back.

  They lie about it they cant get it done in time. Staff are rude and have a lot of pissed off customers today. Got looked in the eyes and "I don't know why your looking at me, I don't have YOUR paperwork" like ok bud. Y'all are lucky this was the cheapest option.

  I had new tires on my vehicle last Saturday, April 11th, which I had an appointment. I made an appointment online. Well, it was over an hour before my vehicle was taken back for service. What good is it to schedule an appointment if the time is not going to be honored? This is unacceptable! Knowing I was in the lobby area waiting on my vehicle, my vehicle was completed and parked in the lot. I waited to see how long it would take for me to be told. 45 minutes later I got up and said something. Again unacceptable! If I had not said something, how long would I have waited? When I asked about the rebate for the tires I purchased, I was told it was for only certain tires. I was not told this when selecting tires. I had pointed out the printout I had mentioning the Rebate. I am totally unsatisfied with the service I received! I have been using Tire Discounters for over 35 years. Needless to say if something is not done to fix this I will not be using Tire Discounters again.

  Great experience as always. Nate and the whole crew were on point! In and out, 4 new tires and alignment quickly and cost less then expected. Loved the whole process!

  I am extremely disappointed with the Tire Discounters at 3701 S. Hamilton Rd., Groveport, OH (Store #074). Between March 12 and March 21, 2026, I spent nearly $1,000 to fix a "Struggle to Start" issue. Less than 24 hours after picking up my vehicle, the exact same problem occurred. Despite the high cost, the vehicle remains unrepaired as of March 25, 2026. I was sold unrelated parts (gasket/belt) and denied the diagnostic data (error codes) I paid for. Staff claimed codes were deleted without being recorded, which violates industry standards and prevents repair verification. After receiving three conflicting verbal diagnoses, a manager named Nate is now refusing a refund unless I allow them to "swap parts back," posing a major safety concern. I have recordings of these conflicting stories and have already sent two emails to corporate. I am seeking an immediate resolution and a refund for these ineffective repairs. Invoice #ITW-1074042999
