This is completely unacceptable—and it’s the second time I’ve had this issue, though the first at this particular location. I won’t be returning to Valvoline shops, as this suggests a serious problem with quality control and technician attention to detail.

Staff was friendly but got to a point where he was making unnecessary jokes that they don’t accept coupons if we already have the money just unnecessary. We continued to turn down all the other 150 things they tried to sell me and go on our way. As we’re half way home we hear a God awful noise like something is scraping the ground. Get home to find out they left the access flap open. So we get on the phone and they clam “the hardware fell out” the hardware didn’t fall out they were just too busy selling us unnecessary things and too busy making weird comments. So we have to drive all the way back with the flap scraping the busy road the entire way. We get there and the manager is nowhere to be found and not one person spoke to us about the situation not one apology just directed us in and out. Extremely disappointed this should NOT have happened at least have the decency to apologize. Definitely don’t recommend.
