- PPPat PierceOct 18, 20251.0I had tires put on my truck. I’m satisfied with that but 1 week later I was putting on a wheel hub bearing on the passenger side. When I went to take the tire off I noticed I was missing my locking lug nut. I checked the rear passenger tire and it was also missing. The driver side was good. I went back to Tire Discounters to complain and Nate told me that there is no way any vehicle would leave there shop missing a lug nut. I said well evidently it did. They told me there was nothing they could do about it, I told them they should pay for new locking lug nuts for my truck. They said they would not. I left very upset and called Wyler Chevrolet and ordered new ones. $135 for new ones. Thank you Tire Discounters I won’t be back
- AAAnita AlstonOct 17, 20255.0The service was excellent @ (Groveport location 3701 Hamilton Rd) however after leaving the store & still on the shared lot ((with Giant Eagle [GE]) a few feet from your drive way there were 2 giant potholes, I manage to avoid 1 & immediately hit a the other busting my new tire. I was informed this has happened to other Customers, & that [GE] sold the prop. to a CA company back in 2017. I feel upper management should get involved to resolve this reoccurring issue. In less than a minute I had to buy a tire, I purchased the road hazard, so I saved $ Even though the service was excellent , I can’t afford taking chances. More should’ve been done
