Mega disrespectful to converse with. “You don’t know your phone number?!” Is what she yelled at me as I’m pulling it up. “If you break the seal, you can’t return it”. This lady is hoping the replacement bulb confirmed by her computer won’t fit. There are people that find joy in other people’s misfortunes, and here’s one of them. If you are going to lose your temper over a lightbulb, are you really qualified to work here?

I wonder why all the advanced locations are starting to close down Terrible customer service and then when I said no wonder why advance sucks. They said well you can go to McDonald’s great customer service. Won’t be long before all these locations are shut down either. Sometimes it’s about putting the customer first and not just being completely disregarded for people.
