He listened to what I felt I needed but he steered me into a better choice while staying within my budget. He also convinced me that I would be happier with a different rim color and he was RIGHT. The compliments just keep coming day after day. Customer service was excellent and I was kept informed about the delays due to cross country shipping issues. The man told me they were too busy and could I come back in three hours and I told him that I live I pickaway county and would be very inconvenient for me. We finally decided to make it two hours so I took my wife shopping to use up the time. When I returned I was still waiting for an hour and decided to call Goodyear and explained the issue I was having. Mike at Goodyear was nice enough to get me in almost right away even though they were busy. Both men I dealt with at Tire Discounters were very unfriendly to the point of being rude. I'm sure if I was buying four new tires they would have taken good care of me. I have used this location since they opened but will never return after this experience!
