  The technician was very polite and professional communication was was good. They notified me the day before and 20 minutes before they came and he did a great job very quickly.

  The technicians are completely inept and under qualified. The first tech I had couldn't not complete the service and blamed the glass they just installed. Then after a nightmare of trying to schedule a follow up appointment the second technician couldn't complete the repair until being walked through the procedure by his own customer service department. And this was only after he took my car to a random parking lot and sat there for an hour. I will never use safelite again.

  I highly recommend Safelite Auto Glass if your windshield gets chipped. I was able to easily schedule a next day appointment online and receive confirmation. Once I arrived, I was in and out in 20 minutes (brought a book with me for no reason!). The guys were very nice, courteous, and professional. They explained what they were doing, what to expect, and what to do if I was not pleased with the results (I was!). I hopefully won't need them again, however, if I do, they'll be the first place I call. Extremely pleased with their service!!

  I had Safelite AutoGlass come to my home to replace my front windshield. Making the appointment was an easy phone call and text message to confirm. The technician was friendly, worked steady and efficiently, and cleaned up any mess that happened during the appointment. I was very impressed with the overall endeavor. Thank you, AutoGlass, for making my life a little easier!

  03/30/2026 - This is my second time using Safelite and the first time visiting this location for service. I was glad that I was able to wait in their comfortable seating area while my vehicle was being serviced. I was given a time frame of two hours and they co completed in less than 2 hours. Thank you. The staff were professional and prompt. Safelite is auto glass worthy! Highly recommend and their prices were reasonable.
