  Enterprise in G.C. is a perfect choice when in need of a rental car. Craig (Assistant Mgr) and the other Associates treat you courteously, efficiently, friendly, professionally and like a valued customer time after time. I believe that’s appreciated in today’s world. Thank you!

  I was able to use a discount on the website to make a reservation. The pickup and drop off was very convenient. The team was very accommodating and helpful.

  I reserved a minivan 3 months in advance for a very expensive vacation, specifically to ensure availability and avoid last minute issues. Instead, I was called the day before my scheduled pickup and told my reservation was being canceled. There was no attempt to find a replacement vehicle just a suggestion to “call the airport.” Given that this was right before a holiday, there was no availability within a 50 mile radius. The airport representative I spoke with was shocked this happened and far more professional and empathetic than the staff at the Grove City location. She even encouraged me to formally report them due to how poorly this was handled. When I called the Grove City office back, I was met with rudeness, zero accountability, and no effort to help. The employee did not apologize once and couldn’t even provide basic information for escalation. When I pointed out that reservations should be reviewed when they’re made not the night before I was told they had done their “due diligence” by notifying me one day prior. For a reservation made months in advance, that is not due diligence it is negligence. If they couldn’t fulfill my reservation, I would have completely understood if I had been told in a reasonable timeframe. Waiting until the last possible moment shows a complete lack of organization, professionalism, and respect for customers. This location very nearly ruined an important holiday trip. I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

  The one in Grove city ohio . is the worst one to get it Car it used to be nice.. but now there is two new woman that started one of them claim to be manager, but she was very rude for the past one week. Trying to get a car, and this is the only closest one that I can get a Car because they keep saying that they don't have a pick up, and which is they do and I took a uber there and then she will tell me They don't have available Car which is lie because she told me. We don't have the car but we can give you a Car when you come.and I booked ahead of time, and nobody calls me, and then second time when I booked it. Someone called me and said that they didn't have the car that I'm looking for. And I said Car, it doesn't matter But I need a pick up because I've been paying money in upper and she said we don't do pick up and that's a lie on the website says they do pick up till 4 pm and then when I confirm about that, and she said I can pick you up at 4:30 pm is after hour. Then she wants to say we don't do a pick up after I feel like she was racist and I told her that and she got mad and she said we will not rent it Car to you and I think that's very disrespectful. And that shows start saying that that's not true. She is the worst customer service there. I don't think she should be working there, cause all the customers was complaining about her last week when I was at the office
