    Efficient, knowledgeable!, professional. I got all of my questions answered with patients and smiles. I Am satisfied with this Valvoline and I will return. As a retired female, I really value those coupons. I do hope Valvoline continues to make them available. Josh was very helpful and was equally as kind.

    First time going to a valvoline. Other locations power was out. So a longer line here it seemed like. I assume the technician doing the work was somewhat new. I know my car isn’t the nicest but you could at least do the work well enough to not cover my car in oil. Not sure why so much dirty looking oil is getting spilled that much. They don’t have the fancy oil pump so they refill a jug and use that. Probably contributed to the mess. Maybe clean up before you charge me 80 bucks for your mid grade and send me on my way. I assume my email wasn’t spelt right as I never got my receipt and of course the printer was down.
