Lynne and the rest of the team were great! Very thorough, professional and friendly. I didn't wait long, even with the remodeling going on and they kindly answered all my questions. I also had my wipers replaced. They turned everything on and off, checked and rechecked everything, the oil pressure, etc. Thank you!
Took over an hour and half to get thru 3 cars ahead of us, DID NOT check my windshield fluid as they said, and squirted oil ALL OVER the inside of my hood trying to check their hoses!!!!! Very unprofessional.

On 2/19/26 I paid $200 for an oil change, tire rotation and new air filter. On 2/24/26 on my way home from work, I lost oil pressure and my vehicle started smoking like crazy. I pull off onto the shoulder of a very busy highway and shut off the vehicle. All the oil that I just paid for is now on the ground. I called the store to let them know that I am broke down because of them. They told me I need to have my vehicle towed to a service center to have it checked out. Tow truck is called and I paid $150 for 4 miles to the service center (by this time it is after hours). The service center calls the next day and said it will cost $187 for the diagnostic fee. Once they got it in and started checking it they found that when the oil was changed the old oil filter seal was never removed and they placed a new seal on top of the old seal. Additional $475 for repairs. Who new that a simple oil change would cost nearly $1100? My first time EVER going to a valvoline store and that is my last time. Never ever will I step foot into that place again. You do not even deserve 1 star. 😡
After the oil change with a couple of days my car developed a tick. I took it back to the same store and the manager told me to leave that she would not change my oil or look at the car. She told me to drive it around for a few days and see if it went away. I refused to leave and it took 20 minutes later for her totalk to me again. She then agreed to change the oil. I asked for a sample and the filter and she refused stating it is valvoline policy to not give customers oil samples or their filters. You know, the filter that I paid for and the I own. I took the unit to a repair facility and the determine lifter 5 failure likely to due to improper oil, over filling oil, under filling oil. I can not prove any of this because YOU REFUSED TO PROVIDE ME with my evidence. My egine replacement is $13,000 plus loss of revenue is $3000 a week. I have filed a damage complaint. If you do not agree to fix repairs which you have the reputation of denying then I will go to the State of Ohio and file a complaint and then take you to court for all damages.

I pulled in today with an oil leak issue - unsure if my car was safe and not knowing what to do. Mikayla and her team were all so responsive, concerned, caring, and informative. She found the problem and had them also look underneath the car. After finding the problem, she had me take a look with her at it and also explain possible scenarios going forward. During that time, they checked all the other fluids and made sure everything else was safe with the car. This is why I am a true Valvoline customer to the end. If you want a resourceful and genuine experience at valvoline, look for Mikayla and her team!
