    Extremely great service the diagnostic they ran is amazingly clear and the photos and service remarks they made is a life saver when figuring out what exactly needs fixed. Definitely check them out and get your price quotes!

    Tuffy Grove City is absolutely fantastic! The customer service is outstanding, and the staff is highly professional. Their pricing is very fair, and Stephen is a pleasure to work with—he takes the time to clearly explain the services needed, which I really appreciate. Over the past month, I’ve had multiple services completed, and every visit has been handled promptly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. I highly recommend Tuffy Grove City!

    Awesome place to go to and the staff are real friendly and knowledgeable. I went in for an oil change and found other issues that were wrong with my vehicle and I like how they print out a vehicle inspection list of what is wrong and what should be done about it I will be going back when I actually have the time to get it everything done

    This Tuffy told my good friend that he needed a new steering rack to the tune of $1800. Thankfully he came to me for a second opinion because I found that he just needs the high pressure power steering line (which is incredibly common for an acura MDX). 20 seconds of real observation would have prevented this bad review. However I will give two stars instead of one because at least they didn't charge him for this incredibly wrong diagnosis.

    Do not ever i repeat ever take ur car to tuffy they r franchised and they sell u a bunch of stuff u dont need took it back 3 xs still not fixed broke my key fob called corporate to get replaced and still no results i am sueing them for alot paid 2700 on repairs and have to spend more to get car done rite. I have 3 cars total and they will never go to tuffy for repairs tuffy needs to b out of business i am writing this bc i dont want any body else to experience there lack of experience and most of all. Lack of doin the job rite aiden is the person that sold me stuff i didnt need and stephan tried to take care of me but he failed also and 1 of his workers broke my key fob and never owned up to it i will never visit another tuffy EVER ESPECIALLY the grove city stringtown rd location
