Assuming he is the manager, you would think he would be more helpful but he’s really not. I can barely finish asking a question without being rudely interrupted. Rude people should not be the face of a company. Will not recommend or return to this location even if it was the last one standing.

The Manager Michael Kelley could care less about what was going on at the store and despite that the person helping me was new, I had to ask Michael multiple times to assist his new employee so that I could finally get cashed out. Upon leaving I noticed my TPMS system was not working. Turns out the rims that I had put on my car didn't have TPMS sensors and instead of Michael reaching out to me to see if I wanted sensors, he said nothing and let me drive off. Michael even let me come back and have the new associate try to scan my sensors in knowing full well there were no sensors to scan. Michael needs to take a look at his title and acknowledge he is there to manage, hence Manager! A manager Michael is not. I will be taking my business to another location as I hope I never have the displeasure of speaking to Michael again. Buh bye!
