First vehicle needed a lot of repairs and they saved me a lot of heartache by knowing all the details as the car was a money pit and sadly I decided not to keep it. Just bought a new used vehicle (2018) about a month and hald ago and wanted to make sure it was safe for winter. They didnt give me a list of unnecessary problems but discussed future possibilities in the future to be prepared for. Nothing needed repaired today. Highly recommend these guys!

My husband was furious that they quoted him $284 for new replaced brake pads on his vehicle the same day. Nothing was replaced on my car, no new parts, 1.2 hours of labor and some lubricant for $330? I feel taken advantage of. I have been taking my vehicle here for years and have felt that they have always been honest & fair in their diagnoses. Today I just feel robbed. **I reached out to their support email and nothing has changed and I have not been contacted. Don’t be fooled into thinking they actually care.
