  Was given a different price on the phone. My reservation was not in the system. Called corporate four times to discuss the issues that I had. Was told emails were sent and that some one should be contacting me in 24 to 48 hours. That was twenty days and counting ago. Very displeased with my entire encounter with this experience. Update: I did like requested and contacted the same number that I had called four times before per the response to my review. Like the first four times they took a message for someone to contact me. That was almost a week ago. Anyone surprised that I'm still waiting. Today is February 10th, my first call to corporate was on January 15th. Fast prompt service is not a must in this situation. Shaking my head.

  From my first interaction with Chalea, their representative I knew I was in the right place. I had given the wrong pick-up date, and it didn't matter. She took care of me with a smile on her face and put me in a very nice SUV. When I walked in to return it, she remembered me by my name. Greeted me and took great care of me. Made a tough situation so much better. I will use them again!
