Their newer, free, power vacuum is great. It is an incentive to come and get my car washed. I have dog hair in my car and it is nice to do a quick and easy sweep.

Not sure the hand drying is needed, especially if they would lower the price if it were dropped. But if not lowering price then dry away. Just have been to others that don’t hand dry and it’s fine. If I want to dry it I could do it myself.
