  Zero, they closed and moved the pickup location 2 data before. I showed up to a sign that says drive another 35 minutes.....and the phone didn't work , o had to call another location to be certain the truck was even reserved. With the technology available a simple email.wiild have saved me 2 hours! Not to mention the money lost. Big business like this suck!

  They helped me so very much the day I was moving out. when the truck I had reserved at another place didn't exist,they rented a truck to us. The only thing is they are more car rentals, so I had to pay for gas and extra miles to return the truck 55 miles away from where I moved.

  Do yourself a favor and stop using Uhaul, once you use on of these trucks that have a lift gate you will never go back to using a ramp. This made moving heavy equipment and furnature a breeze! I used a 26' truck for a two bedroom apartment and a large garage...it was the perfect size.

  Great customer service. Very helpful and professional. They were prepared for us so we were signed, delivered and our the door in about 10 morning min. Awesome!
