  My husband needed some parts to do a big brake job. We were assisted by Austin. Not only did he fail to answer any questions or provide details about the brake and rotor promo but he also rang up the incorrect parts. We went back to the store to get the correct parts and someone else was able to correct the issue. We ended up going back to the store to return unused undamaged parts and the manager, Eric didn’t have a good attitude. He seemed like he didn’t want to be involved with any customer interaction. This store has poor service.

  Went here to get a check engine light diagnosis and the employee was sitting down on a chair never got up stayed sitting told me the reader was down
