    I was given two vehicles to choose from, and neither was comparable to the car I currently have in for repairs. The options did not meet my needs. I returned the rental clean, vacuumed, and with the same amount of gas. After leaving, I realized I had forgotten to check the trunk to see if I had left anything behind. I attempted to call the branch for three consecutive days (Friday, Saturday, and Monday). Each time, the phone rang, placed me on hold, and then eventually disconnected. No one ever answered. I also sent two text messages and received no response. I then contacted customer service, and they were unable to reach the branch either. I was told an email would be sent requesting that someone contact me. I still have not received a call or message. At this point, I do not even know whether I left an item in the vehicle or not, and I have been unable to get anyone to assist me. The lack of communication and follow-up has been extremely frustrating. If I had a choice, I would not use this location again. I am very disappointed in the level of customer service and the lack of attention given to a customer’s concern.

    They were very nice Got me in a car within 10 minutes..They took me to body shop to pick up my personal vehicle in less 10 min wait..They were very accommodating.
