  Tuffy’s in Gahanna is amazing!! Our car issues were solved quickly and with the upmost care I’ve EVER seen a company have. It’s never “easy” working with car warranty plans and a repair shop, but Tuffy’s made it really easy!! Mike is beyond amazing in his customer interactions and the care he has for the business. I truly have never seen another manager ever work as hard as he does and with such composure. The mechanics are also amazing! They are very knowledgeable and work hard to get the job done right. I’m thankful to know where we will be bringing our car in the future. - Joel & Salina Cameron

  Be careful they are running a shady business. Took my truck in for an alignment Saturday and didn't drive it again until Monday. Monday morning the heat/ac won't turn on. I pull the fuses none or blown. Take it to my regular mechanic he says the module isn't getting power. I pull the trim off and look inside at the module and it was unplugged with the harness tucked away. Whoever worked on my truck intentionally unplugged my hvac harness.

  I was pleasantly surprised when I pulled into this Tuffy parking lot. I was coming home from work and hit something (unknown) on I-670. My car was rattling and I was so glad to see this Tuffy Service Center. I met Michael, the manager, and he kindly had one of his workers, a nice young man, place some ties to hold up the plastic panels that had loosened and were flapping while I drove. I was taken care of right away and not even charged. As a single woman, I was so relieved to have my car fixed. I will now make Tuffy my regular service center....kind, friendly, efficient and right in my neighborhood. Thank you for such a fine place with good people and great customer service.

  I had a great experience at Tuffy Tire & Auto Service of Gahanna today. Mike was incredibly personable and made the wait feel less like an appointment and more like catching up with an old friend. I originally chose them for my oil change because their pricing was better than my dealership, but I didn’t expect to actually enjoy my time there. The technician was also far more thorough than what I’ve experienced at the dealership. They completed a full inspection of my vehicle and provided photos and pointed out a few minor issues I should keep an eye on, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’m very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the entire team. I’ll definitely be recommending them to my family and friends—skip the dealership and come here instead. Thanks again for such a positive experience. I’ll see you in October!

  Went to get an oil change for my first time with this location, staff greeted me at the door and all Were friendly the entire process, and timing was quick and efficient, There was a guy that also gave my son a Batmobile hot wheel for hat he loved. Thank you guys for your awesome service.
