After reviewing the list with my husband, we have made the decision to return to Valvoline to get those services performed to help keep my vehicle running smoothly and last longer. I am so glad that Keela took time to explain the services recommended for my vehicle. I also love that Valvoline reports to Carfax so that all records are updated on my vehicle. - NSNick S4 days ago1.0This shop unsold us on a bettery, damaged the body control module and electrical system in the process of their corner cutting installation. Now my car's trunk light wont shut off and the rear windshield wipers wont work with the car permanently thinking the rear hatch is open. Shop admitted to not following procedure. Tried to reset it at another shop and when the other shop told them it would need a new BCM- Valvoline refused to repair the vehicle. This is why people dont trust mechanics who try to cut corners on upsetting a 200 dollar battery, now we have a $500 repair bill just to get the vehicle back to the same condition it was in prior to their hack job- thinking they could just unplug the battery and plug it back in. There are procedures for these jobs for a reason. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place as they have zero character and will mess your car up and leave you with the bill. Then there is nothing you can do about it unless you want to pay 1200 for a lawyer.

It wasn’t time for me to get my oil changed according to the mileage, but it hadn’t been changed for about six months. They took a look at it and said that it looked fine and I did not need it changed. Then they also checked my tire pressure, all for no charge! They are super nice and friendly and I will definitely be back!
