While in line waiting for a bay, a gentleman came out to tell me which would be available next and invited me to change lanes. Everyone was very professional. I met Rob the manager and was super impressed by his customer service orientation, his consultative approach to uncover other needs my car had and his assurance that my car would be well taken care of. The team there was very impressive. I live 10 miles away but that experience was so compelling, I’ve decided to make it my go to. I drive a Lexus and normally go to the dealership. Not any more!
