  First visit to a Tuffy’s passed with flying colors! Being new to the area, we approached cautiously. We solicited phone quotes from 3-4 local shops the day before. The phone lady was pleasant and we found Tuffy’s bid to be the lowest. Marissa was at the desk when we arrived. She was courteous to help with every question. The work was done in the time predicted and when our car was ready I got a phone call and email with a detailed inspection report. I loved the clear photos and explanations. The bill was exactly as supposed to be (except Id forgotten about tax). In the course of events we also met both of the mechanics on duty that day, and felt their good manners and friendly behavior exuded a good feeling. We were also amazed to receive a 12,000 mile roadside service insurance policy when we paid the bill. I’m surprised they didn’t have a lot of business with such good service, but we’ll be going back.

  Marrissa, Kate, and Dula are complete lifesavers! My mom and I were 1.5 hours away from home when my car started to smoke, and I was completely unfamiliar with the city we were in. I frantically pulled into this shop, and I was immediately greeted with friendly smiles, compassion, and kindness. They immediately inspected my car, and thoroughly explained to me what was wrong with my car and what needed to be fixed. My mom and I made it home safely, and kept saying on our drive home how we were so happy we went here. I knew absolutely nothing about this place prior to my visit, but I left saying that I wish they were located in my hometown. If I ever need car work again, I would be willing to drive the 1.5 hours to have them fix my car. That’s how amazing they are.

  I had a fantastic experience getting my front and back brakes replaced at Tuffy Gahanna. I arrived right when they opened, and Auto Service Advisor Marissa was immediately helpful. I explained my issue, and she quickly got my vehicle checked into the shop. Less than an hour later, Marissa called me with the results of the brake inspection. We discussed the replacement options and pricing, and after I gave the green light, Auto Technician Robert worked his magic. In about two hours, Marissa called me back to let me know my car was ready to go! The entire process was smooth, professional, and efficient. I truly appreciate the clear communication from Marissa and the excellent work done by Robert. Overall, it was a great experience with Tuffy, and I will definitely use their services again in the future!
