    Never have I ever been so rudely spoken to and disregarded by the manager, Rob. I made an appointment and it was confirmed. I showed up for the appointment and was basically told I couldn’t be helped and that there were 8 other appointments in front of me. He basically said the appointment didn’t matter and blamed something about “other countries” making the online appointments and that it isn’t accurate. My tire is on the verge of exploding and this was the one thing I needed to get done so that I can drive and from work. A job I took the day off for to handle the tire. Poor poor customer service and a manager with zero empathy or kindness in how he talks to people. Glad I didn’t give them any money

    I stopped by just to inquire if they would put air in my tires. They were happy to do this without an appointment and for no charge. While doing this, they noticed one tire significantly lower than the others. They determined it was a faulty valve stem. They took me right away and fixed it...which was great as the next day I needed to make a 6-hour drive.

    So for $148 I essentially paid for a "computer diagnostics" for an issue that I stated that I already ran a scan and knew what was going on. The person on the phone said they were going to call me back same day for a solution of my problem and of course never did... I called back the next day and a different person said no notes were left they they essentially know nothing about what is going on with my car. No service was done to my car and ran worse than before I brought it in. Absolute waste of time. Absolutely unacceptable service. They also outsource for their customer service calls from out of the country individuals that are hard to understand and don't know anything to do with cars. I will not be supporting this company or any one branded under the Monroe company.
