  I had a scheduled 7:30am service (which is when the place opens). I needed this service to be able to leave on a road trip later that day. I get there at 7:20 to make sure I am not the hold up. At 7:40 NO ONE had showed up yet. Not a manager, not a tech, nobody and the placed was still locked up. I called their number and their central answering dept picked up. They said that was weird as the shop was supposed to be open 10 minutes ago. They tried contacting the manager, no luck. They said sorry, we can cancel your appt for you… wow.. thanks. Now I am scrambling to get the work done ASAP. The customer service person said they would have the manger call me as soon as they arrive to see if they could still get the work done. Never got a call from them. I talked to them later that morning and they said they could still do the work, but there were 4-5 cars ahead of me.. what? I was first, before you even got there and you caused the delay. That’s not good service at all. I have never experienced that before with a service company. Late by a lot, no one there when there should be multiple people, and then they don’t even contact me afterwards. I called the competitor up the street and their service was far superior and I would never go to Tire Choice for anything..

  Only place open on new years day, I had to rush over to get my tire fixed after work. Everyone I talked to was very kind and helpful, even telling me over the phone which tires they had so I could check and not waste time driving over for nothing. Over all getting the tire replaced took about 30 minutes and was pretty affordable compared to other places near by. Would definetly go again.

  Bought 4 tires. Went to my appointment and they didn’t have my tires. The next day I picked up my car. Upon driving on the freeway my car started shaking above 60mph. Went back to have the balance checked and was told I have 2 bent rims. So why would you not tell me that before getting tires? Spent a lot of money on them. Car never shook that bad before. Supposedly if I buy new rims they will put my new tires on the rims for free. I would NEVER have spent over $800 if I new this since it never shook so bad until after this visit!

  Came in for a walk in tire replacement and was taken care of promptly! Staff is very kind here, would recommend coming here for your tire needs!

  Paul and his team really took care of me and got my car in right away. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers, enjoys his job, and prioritizes your needs. He worked with me when I was on a really tight budget and I am so grateful!
