  My experience with Enterprise was great. My rental was covered through Progressive after my car was totaled, and even though there were a few hiccups validating the claim, the team made everything easy for me. They always answered the phone, explained pricing clearly, and kept me updated. The customer service at this location was excellent, professional, patient, and helpful. The 2025 Toyota RAV I drove was perfect, smooth, great on gas, and reliable. If I ever need a rental again, I’d definitely come back here!!!

  I had an appointment set up online for a pickup on Monday at 8am, when I went to check in it said it was for 7pm, so although not ideal I changed my plans and planned on getting the car at 7pm. When I show up at 7pm (the time given to me, not what I chose) I found the office closed. I called and spoke to someone who assured me if I come back in the morning I would have a car ready for me. I show up the next morning having already checked in and told online that all I needed to do was say I already checked in and hand them my license and I would be good to go. Well after 10 minutes of going through all the information again that I already entered online it seemed as if I may actually be getting to the point of getting the car, as the associate and I went to the parking lot and looked over the car. She then began offering me all the additional coverages that I had already declined online. I politely told her I already declined all the coverages online when I checked in. She said “Well I just like to go through each one”. At this point, being quite annoyed by the whole ordeal I made a fine continue on hand gesture as I just wanted to get this over with so I could get my car dropped off at the body shop and get to work. The associate, clearly offended by my mere presence, huffed and stormed off back inside the office. I followed behind not really sure what was going on, only to see her slam her tablet on the desk and throw the key against the wall and say something to the other associate. He then approached me and I had to go through the entire ordeal again. I will say from this point on I was nothing but satisfied with the experience, however everything that transpired up to this point makes me never want to use enterprise again.

  The staff at this location are all top notch! They make renting a car effortless and pleasant. They go over every policy and detail and check the car completely for any damage before you leave.

  Great customer service but you can't go by over an hour of when you received it to return it. There is another enterprise that doesn't do that. I was told they are all different.
