My rental was covered through Progressive after my car was totaled, and even though there were a few hiccups validating the claim, the team made everything easy for me. They always answered the phone, explained pricing clearly, and kept me updated. The customer service at this location was excellent, professional, patient, and helpful. The 2025 Toyota RAV I drove was perfect, smooth, great on gas, and reliable. If I ever need a rental again, I’d definitely come back here!!!
