- CSCraig SmithFeb 23, 20251.0I've taken my 2015 jeep grand cherokee here for several repairs over the years. Had brakes done on front end one year and not even a year later had shaking and noises from front end brakes. Took it there and they said oh the right side has a warped rotor. Rotor was under warranty charged me the labor and a new rotor for left side and new brake pads. As soon as work was done we went on vacation and I noticed squealing noises from brakes in front. I called and told them they said it was the breaking in period of new brake pads and to keep driving it. So I did and by the time I got back from vacation it was grinding. The manager justin looked at it and said a stone got in it lmao. Wouldn't fix the issue and I believe they either used the same rotor with new brake pads or a defective rotor. Some of this work was done when belle tire bought them out. But now they are gone to. I wouldn't recommend belle tire either. Shoddy work they do and don't fix there mistakes. Horrible service
