- DCdouglas cunninghamJul 26, 20223.0Staff was nice. I was told an hour to an hour and a half for an alignment. Was there for 3 hours and 26 minutes. I was told the alignment was spot on and every number was perfect, but they were unable to provide me with an post alignment report as the tech did not save the info. I left with no proof other than the word of the staff that my alignment was in spec. I was provided pre alignment report prior to the alignment. I was referred here by a dealer who's alignment table was down at the time. Staff did take 20 dollars off my bill. Was unable to make another appointment I had scheduled due to the alignment taking longer than expected.

Every time I’ve stopped in, the employees are always hard at work to ensure the satisfaction and comfort of their customers. It’s also a nice place to meet new people while sitting in the lobby/waiting area; I’ve met some very cool people that have kept me entertained while I wait. Definitely recommend for tires, oil changes, and any other maintenance essentials!
